Email Cleanup Script

Write a PHP script that does the follow:
1) Check an email account each x time (e.g. 30 minutes)
2) Scan Body and Title of the email and delete a specific part piece of text OR delete that email
3) Forward cleaned email to an email address (it could be your own or an alternate for testing purpose)
