I was feeling hard time with bootstrap and I was in need to develop sites faster with my Dreamweaver GUI while I could write PHP/MySQL codes. I came across two user interface builders which are free to use but they are web-based.
Benefits:
You can quickly build up user interface and copy/paste the generated code in your bootstrap html page
I tried both but I personally liked divshot. It was producing better code and has support for many features. So just give them a try and you will solve it out yourself :)
